of his most important product designs include:
- a moulded plywood and steel chair produced by Aero
Marine
Industries (1952), which won first prize in a design
competition sponsored by the National Industrial Design
Council;
- an automatic steam and dry iron for Steam Electric
Products
Ltd. (1954) which received a Gold medal at the Milan
Triennale;
- a domestic hairdryer for Rotor Electric (1960),
which is
featured the Permanent Collection of the Design Exchange;
and
- the Theratron 780 Cobalt Therapy unit for AECL (1976),
which
was featured on a Canadian Postage Stamp.
