A
cheque for the full amount applicable to your membership
category,
payable to ACIDO, must accompany the application. The
cheque will not be cashed until the Membership Committee
approves the application. Membership fees for persons
who are admitted as members after the beginning of a
calendar year shall be pro-rated quarterly. Subsequent
year end
billings (as of December Ist) will represent dues for
the full
year.
All December 1st invoices are payable not later than
January 31st
of every calendar year. This is to allow members enough time to forward their cheques in advance of the Annual General
Meeting. Professional Members who pay in full are considered
in good standing and are therefore eligible to vote
at the A.G.M. Any Professional Member who has not
paid as of
March 1st will be formally notified that they are not
in good standing and will forfeit all privileges accorded within the By-laws
of the Association including the use of the Professional Stamp of the Association.
