Judging Process

• Jurors do their initial scoring within their category, and for the best in show on an individual basis by viewing student entries on line. On chosen date (prior to June 1) jurors in common category have telephone/email conference to select award recipients.
• Each entry is scored on its own rating sheet based on how the work meets the judging criteria.
• All student entry work samples must be viewed prior to scoring each entry.

Award Notification

On or by June 6 2007 the award recipients will be notified through e-mail and telephone. The selected entrants will be required to respond by June 8 2007.
