design-manufacturer. Geoffrey
is responsible for establishing
and evolving the product design
direction for new and current
products in support of Teknion’s
comprehensive product portfolio.
Since graduating from Carleton
University with a Bachelor
of Industrial Design, Geoffrey
has nineteen years Industrial
Design and Design Management
experience in manufacturing,
consulting and in house Design
work environments including:
Exhibit Design [architectural
and art gallery], and commercial
Product Design [wood furniture,
system furniture and moveable
wall systems].
Geoffrey has provided leadership
and design direction for Teknion’s
award winning design team
and the in-house multi-disciplinary
product development teams.
Together with the Teknion
Design Team, Geoffrey has
designed many successful new
products that have contributed
to Teknion’s award winning
portfolio of product lines
including: Altos, Optos, xm,
Transit, Ability, Origami
and Collaborative Tables &
Storage. Teknion’s products
have won many international
awards including Design of
the Decade honor by IDSA.
