Tim Poupore is the President of Ove Industrial Design Ltd. (oveid.com), a Toronto-based industrial design consultancy. For more than twenty-five years Ove has operated at the forefront of user-centered design, strongly promoting user-centered research as a strategic product planning tool and offering innovative industrial design solutions with rational product development strategies. Current clients occupy international positions in the fields of biotechnology, business systems, scientific instrumentation and consumer products.

Tim is very active in the design community, and an ardent supporter of design-centered policy initiatives at all levels of government. He is the Past-President of ACIDO, the Association of Chartered Industrial Designers of Ontario (acido.info), and currently Chair of DIAC, the Design Industry Advisory Committee (diac.on.ca).
