Project description
The objective of the project is to design a fun, playful toy that encourages children to be active in their environment.
With the rising matter of obesity and less active lifestyles, parents are concerned about their children’s health, on top of that kids have less time to be active at home, they spend most of their time watching TV or using the computer. Unfortunately existing active sports do not always target younger kids, and are generally costly and require technical knowledge that put them outside the means of many. Therefore there is a need to design active play toys to target young kids who have limited opportunities to be active.
