The Power Balance Builder is a construction toy for 3-5 year-olds. Construction pieces have lights within them. When plugged into the building surface, these lights can glow with charging windmills. As the structure grows and as time passes, it consumes more power so the lights dim. The child must charge the windmills or add more to keep the lights glowing. Through play, children learn about power conservation.
