The SolarMist is a solar powered misting shelter that provides treatment and protection from heat illnesses by way of rapid cooling. It’s a product designed to improve onsite safety at many types of outdoor events, especially during heat waves. Unlike traditional products like mist fans and evaporative coolers, the SolarMist does not require a constant external water or power supply, providing superior versatility. As the responsibility of employers and event organizers, the SolarMist would be rented or purchased for use at locations where heat is a potential health hazard.
