hello T.O. is a system that acts as a portal connecting all the aspects of Toronto that make it a unique city, and packages them in a way to make them accessible to the user. The users- visitors of Toronto, Toronto newcomers, and even residents of Toronto, can easily locate and enjoy local favourite spots in Toronto, and also collect a souvenir relating to that spot. This gives the user the opportunity to form a deeper connection with Toronto, and enjoy the city in the same way local Torontonians do. This system also manages to benefit each of the different stakeholders involved- it promotes the favourite spots of Toronto, gives the Tourism industry a means to accommodate young up and comers, and acts as a platform for local crafts and design to get both local and global recognition. In this way, it economically benefits all the stakeholders involved, and socially benefits all the users involved.
